Star City Games’ October 28 reveal, Contents Of Magic: The Gathering | Star Trek Commander Precons Revealed, lays out all four Star Trek Commander decks: Federation Fleet, We Are The Borg, Landing Party, and Klingon Fury. Each arrives ready to play with 32 new-to-Magic cards, a borderless foil face commander, ten nonfoil double-sided tokens, a reference card, and a deck box, making for a fairly complete launch package. Federation Fleet’s Jean-Luc Picard leads a roster that includes Beverly Crusher, Captain Janeway, Data, and the U.S.S. Enterprise-E. Useful distinction: this is a product reveal from October 28, not evidence that these commanders have already taken over Commander tables.
